We now have Acupuncture AND Massage at our Tigard Clinic! Currently Tigard Massage Visits are cash pay only as we work on getting credentialing complete for our new therapist, we anticipate being able to take insurance for massage visits someting in April

All Jewell Chiropractic & Wellness providers are in-network with the following medical insurance: Moda, Pacific Source, and Regence BCBS

Breanna Grishman, IBCLC, with Cascadia Lactation is currently in-network with: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, MODA, Pacific Source, Tricare and United Healthcare. Any other insurance will be cash pay.

Ashley Treadwell, IBCLC, currently accepts the following insurance for any visit (home, office in both locations): Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United, PacificSource or TriCare. Ashley can accept the following insurance at Canyon Medical Center SW office location: Moda, OHP, Providence. If you are self pay, Ashley will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement if your plan has Out of Network benefits.

The only insurance lactation is UNABLE to take during home visits are: Kaiser, OHP and Providence Book an appointment with Ashley and Breanna HERE

Krista Kahmann, LMT, is currently out on Maternity leave and expected back September 2026.
